Gather ("the app") is published by BigInt. By installing or using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
A shared reminder service: you and the people you invite keep dates in groups, and our server sends every member a notification at the moment the date's owner chose. Reminders are sent on a best-effort basis. Phones, networks and app stores can delay or drop notifications; we also schedule a local backup notification on your phone, but we cannot guarantee delivery. Do not rely on Gather for anything where a missed reminder would cause harm.
You sign in with Apple or Google and must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA). You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite. One person may own a group; owners can transfer it.
Names, dates, notes and photos you add belong to you and to the group you put them in. You grant BigInt a licence to store and transmit them only as needed to run the service. Do not add content that is unlawful, abusive, or about someone who has asked you not to. Group owners may remove members and content; we may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, or automated access.
The free service has limits (groups, members per group, reminders per date) shown in the app. You may raise some limits by choosing to watch a rewarded ad; unlocks are granted after the ad provider confirms the ad was watched and are tied to your account. Limits and the unlock scheme may change; unlocks already granted stay. The app shows banner ads on its main screens. We may offer a paid option to remove ads in the future.
You can delete your account in Settings at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what is removed. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice in the app. Groups you own are yours to transfer before you leave.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, BigInt is not liable for missed reminders, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no obligations to you regarding Gather, except as stated in their own store terms. Their rules on refunds and in-app purchases apply.
If these terms change materially the app shows a notice on next launch. Continuing to use Gather after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting consumer rights that apply in your country. Questions: support@bigintgames.com.
