Delete your Gather account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Gather and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Read what will be removed and confirm. If you own a group, you can first hand it to another member so the rest of the family keeps its dates.

Deletion happens straight away and signs you out on every phone.

Without the app

Email support@bigintgames.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Gather account". If you signed in with Apple's "Hide my email", say so and we will help you confirm it is you. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Voice recordings and sounds you picked	Never left your phone; deleting the app removes them

What may be kept

Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. Crash reports (kept 90 days) and usage statistics (kept up to 14 months) contain no names, emails or dates. Dates that other members added to their own groups (for example your birthday in their family group) belong to that group and stay there; ask the group's owner to remove them.
